Steve Wynn, facing multiple allegations of sexual abuse, has stepped down as RNC Finance Chairman.
WashingtonPost Robert Costa reports that RNC members are furious after getting left in the dark for 24hours since the news broke, without any response, guidance, or decisions from the RNC.
National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), which handles fundraising for GOP campaigns, has not put out a response on if it would return Steve Wynn’s political donations.
RNC Chairwoman, Ronna McDaniel, confirmed that she accepted the resignation: “Today I accepted Steve Wynn’s resignation as Republican National Committee Finance Chair.”
Casino mogul Steve Wynn has resigned from his position as the Republican National Committee’s finance chairman, according to the Associated Press.
The Wall Street Journal reported Friday that Wynn had a pattern of sexual misconduct with employees of his company Wynn Resorts.
